Barista Training
All barista training is tailor-made to suit the individual barista or company. Everybody has different goals and needs as well as strengths and weaknesses which can be optimized. Here are some of the most common classes and work shops, but feel free to contact if you have specific questions for training.

Barista Basics
For beginners, home enthusiasts or baristas who wants to start afresh. This course covers espresso brewing and milk steaming in theory and practice. It is focused on getting the basics right and you will learn how to make the basic drinks such as espresso, ristretto, americano, cappuccino and caffé latte.

Advanced Basics
An in-depth training course focusing on the basic elements of espresso preparation. Each element will be broken down and explained thoroughly. Combined with a cupping session, the advanced basics will give a new understanding of the importance of getting the fundamentals right.

Train the Trainers.
Coffee shops and cafés often face the problem of ensuring quality on a day-today basis. Train-the-Trainers is specifically aimed at the person(s) in charge of the quality - managers, supervisors or lead baristas. The goal is to build a foundation for in-house training and provide techniques and tools for training baristas.

Competition Training
I see the baristas competitions as a great learning tool. For me it is not only what happens on the stage that is interesting, but also the work that is ahead of making it to the podium. A holistic approach to training means that the barista will have to train mentally as well as physically. Training planning and scheduling is essential to success.
